1Refund for a single session – A booking that reflects a single date and time
- Session can be cancelled anytime but the refund will be done only if the cancellation request has been made 24 hrs before the session schedule. No refund will be done if the cancellation happens within 24 hrs of the session schedule.
- Once the session time has lapsed there can be no cancellation or refund.
2 Refund for multiple sessions – Booking that reflect more
than one Date and Time
- Full refund is allowed only when the cancellation is done 24 hrs before the first session scheduled.
- Any request for cancellations or refund done after the first session are eligible for refunds, but will be calculated on a prorated basis.
- No refund requests will be entertained after 24 hrs from the first session schedule or after second session, whichever falls first.
3 Refund for a package - Booking that reflect more
than one Date and Time
- Full refund is allowed only when the cancellation is done 24 hrs before the first session schedule.
- Any request for cancellations or refund done after the first session are eligible for refunds, but will be calculated on a prorated basis.
- No refund requests will be entertained after 24 hrs from the first session schedule or after second session, whichever falls first.
- Refunds will be based on the actual amount paid by. The customer not based on the price of the. Single course reflecting outside of the package.
Pre-Recorded Course
- Refund requests will be entertained only within 72 hrs from the time of purchase of the course or content. Irrespective of it being downloaded or not.
- No refund request will be entertained after 72hrs from the time of purchase of the course or content.
General T&C for Refunds
- Refunds will return the amount to the account or credit card that had been used to pay for booking the session initially. No request of any sort, to refund to a different account will be entertained.
- All bank charges to be Borne by the customer for any refunds.
